The Virginia Public Safety Foundation announces the 2025 Annual Ceremony which will include a Roll Call honoring heroes added in 2025. It will be held on September 13, 2025 at 2pm at the Commonwealth Public Safety Memorial located on Capitol Square - 901 Capitol Street, Richmond.
