Mr. Mark Fero

Mr. Mark Fero currently serves as the Rural Health Transformation Assistant Division Director for Grant Operations under the Secretariat of Health and Human Resources. He previously worked for the Office of the Attorney General and the Department of Criminal Justice Services. Mr. Fero is widely recognized for his commitment to community service and volunteerism. He currently serves as Chairman of the Richmond Police Foundation and formerly served on the Governor’s Advisory Board on Service and Volunteerism. His career reflects a longstanding dedication to strengthening public service initiatives and supporting communities across the Commonwealth of Virginia.
