Chief Keith H. Johnson, retired

Keith Johnson is a fourth-generation firefighter who began his fire service career as a Volunteer in Long Island, NY and is a retired Fire Chief with 42 years of service to Virginia’s Fire and EMS service. Chief Johnson started his operational career in the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department, rising to the rank of Deputy Chief, servicing in multiple divisions. Chief Johnson also served as a past member and Deputy Chief of the Fairfax County Urban Search and Rescue Team, Fire Marshal in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is the former Fairfax County Task Force Leader of the National Medical Response Team.
