Fire Chief Brad Creasy

Brad Creasy has more than 30 years of Fire and Emergency Services experience, and currently serves as the fire chief for the City of Lynchburg Fire Department. He previously served as the Executive Director of the Virginia Department of Fire Programs, where he oversaw a state agency responsible for firefighter training, professional development, grant administration, and fire prevention programs serving more than 35,000 firefighters across the Commonwealth.

A graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration, Creasy also previously served as Fire Chief for the Town of Bedford Fire Department and retired as a Captain from the Roanoke Fire-EMS Department.
